The Rolux Company does not live up to their reputation.

The Rolux Lawn Mower does to a point.

The Machine is shipped unsatisfactory - there is no branding on the box - and the inside lacks protection support materials .. one piece of polystyrene.

The box first arrived mishandled and open, the grass catcher box scratched.
It was returned.
The second time around the box arrived exactly the same with two staples on top closing the top of the box.
And. Inside it looked exactly the same. This time the ‘rubberised’ (foam) handle on the frame where deep dented in, by the way it was packed.

It did not stop there. Once the two parts of the plastic grass catching box were clicked together, we attempted to start moving the lawn. Within minutes the catch box split open and grass spat out the back on the lawn. We then had to secure the catching box with two cable ties..

Paying up to R7000.00 for this experience has highly disappointing and totally unprofessional.
The product arrives with no instructional or technical information. Or a booklet.

Was not impressed with the courier company, Seaborne Logistics as the mower was delivered in an open box - the staples and tape clearly removed. The handlebars and bin of the mower seemed to have been shoved into the box. As a result, I have had to make use of cable ties to secure the clips/lugs of the bin are not aligned and do not secure the parts of the bin together.
