DELIVERY POLICY

Rolux South Africa offers nationwide delivery.

Delivery timeframes:

     • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days

Customers will receive:

     • Order confirmation (within 1 working day)

     • Dispatch confirmation with tracking details once the order has been shipped

If a delay occurs, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Rolux South Africa will make all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within the stated timeframes.
