RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns & Cancellations

                         In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers have the right to cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

 

Defective or Damaged Goods

     If a product is defective or damaged on delivery, the customer must notify Rolux South Africa within 6 months. The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the CPA.

 

Return Process

• Customers must request a return via email or phone

• A return authorisation will be provided

• Customers may be required to print and include a return note

 

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected.

 

Certain products may not be eligible for return if used or improperly handled.
